Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 28 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred. Some products are non-returnable; these are clearly marked in the description details. If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size, but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order (or refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs)

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods e.g. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Any returns can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, product name, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 28 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Incorrect Item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, product name, the items you requested and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If replacement stock is unavailable we will refund the cost of your order (excluding original delivery charge).

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing on your pet, please ensure that no scents or marks are left on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Pet Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with water or any products you may place on your pets fur. Avoid scratching jewellery by storing in a non abrasive box or pouch when not in use. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. All items will be exchanged/refunded at Posh and Pets discretion and are not guaranteed to be exchanged/refunded if not in a saleable condition. Certain products may vary slightly in design and colour.
