If you live in European country please contact us at europe@poshandpets.co.uk before you place your order so we can calculate the delivery cost to your country. Delivery costs are dependant on type of item and quantity purchased. We will try to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours.
  
If you are happy with the shipping costs we will send you a secure PayPal invoice for the total amount. 
 
If you live in a country outside of Europe please contact us at international@poshandpets.co.uk before you place your order so we can calculate the delivery cost to your country. Delivery costs are dependant on type of item and quantity purchased. We will try to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours.

Please note all items will be shipped from the United Kingdom (UK) using Royal Mail Airmail Service and Posh and Pets will not accept responsibility for any custom charges that may occur from your order. Please check your countries import charges before ordering.
 
Due to the nature of International and EU deliveries we undertake additional order verification searches for security, and as with all orders we reserve the right to refuse any order. Should we refuse an order we will notify you of this and refund any charges already made.
 
You have 28 days from receipt of the goods to return it to us (this also includes faulty items). Please email us in advance via sales@poshandpets.co.uk quoting your order number, product details, details of the fault/reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement item. If replacement stock is unavailable we will refund you the cost of your order (excluding original delivery costs). You will not receive your refund until the goods reach us so please allow up to 7 working days. If you do not receive your refund after this time please email us via sales@poshandpets.co.uk and we will get back to you. Also note that any returns are your responsibility until the item(s) reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send your parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please check your local courier/postal service for charges.
