Delivery

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to dispatch all orders, which means you can track your order when its has left us. We will send you a dispatch email when the goods have left with a tracking number that you can use on the Royal Mail website. Please note some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers so a tracking number may not be available in these circumstances. For security reasons we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We aim to process all items within 24 hours of your order - please note orders will not be processed on Bank Holidays.

NOTE: As all orders are processed through PayPal's secure encryption we may receive an email from them stating that your address is unconfirmed. If this occurs we will email you immediately asking you to confirm your order and the delivery address. The dispatch of your order will therefore be delayed if you do not respond to this email. Please note this process is to protect your card from being used for fraudulant activities.
