Here at Posh and Pets we use a tried and tested delivery policy that ensure as little delays as possible between ordering your goods online and receiving them at your doorstep. With an efficient processing and packing system, our number one priority is getting your items to you as soon as possible.


UK DELIVERY

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to dispatch all orders, which means you can track your order when its has left us. We will send you a dispatch email when the goods have left with a tracking number that you can use on the Royal Mail website. Please note some items are dispatched directly from our suppliers so a tracking number may not be available in these circumstances. For security reasons we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We aim to process all items within 24 hours of your order - please note orders will not be processed on Bank Holidays.

NOTE: As all orders are processed through PayPal's secure encryption we may receive an email from them stating that your address in unconfirmed. If this occurs we will email you immediately asking you to confirm your order and the delivery address. The dispatch of your order will therefore be delayed if you do not respond to this email. Please note this process is to protect your card from being used for fraudulant activities.


DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery charges are for the UK only (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands).

Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.

Delivery could take longer for the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.


WHERE'S MY ORDER?

If you were given a tracking number then please go to the Royal Mail website to track your order. If no tracking number was provided then please contact us stating your order number and contact details. In the unlikely event that you have any problems then please do not hesitate to contact us where we will be happy to assist you.
